Story:
Bella's POV. Edward leaves Bella. At first, Bella's a mess, but then Jacob walks into her life and he makes everything better. She's happy again. Alice comes back to Forks and she and Bella go to Italy to save Edward. Now that Edward is back, Bella's confused. Should she choose Edward or Jacob? She decides to stay with Edward and to marry him. On her wedding day, Bella remembers everything that she and Jacob have been through, from being best friends to falling in love; but she's with Edward now.
The last part of the video is in Jacob's POV. He watches Bella walk away from him and wonders if, maybe, if things had been different, Bella would have stayed with him.
