Commercial Building Concepts located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire is currently accepting interested parties seeking to purchase pre-construction time share resort week located on the island of Ambergris Caye, Belize. The development, The Casita On Ambergris Caye, will be the FIRST true family timeshare resort on the Island. It is the intent of Commercial Building Concepts to develop 12 quads, consisting of 48 fully appointed 2 bed room units. The resort will feature a full service restaurant, bar and spa. I am an avid diver and love the sport and the interest in developing this resort on the Island of Ambergris Caye grew out of my love of this sport.
Offer*:
The first 500 pre sale time share weeks will be sold at a cost of $14,000 per week to dive shop owners, divers, golf pros, golfers, sport fishermen. Each individual will own their week in perpetuity, and have the ability to transfer their vacation property to future generations, or to sell it for profit. Four years after making this investment the buyers will receive $10,500.00 of their initial investment back.
Upon purchase of an available week the buyers $14,000 will be held in an escrow account until the project is fully funded and construction begins. Upon the unlikely occasion that the Casitas at Ambergris Caye is not fully funded, and the project does not come to fruition, the investors will receive their $14,000 back from the escrow account plus any interest accrued. The escrowed funds will remain so for up to 24 months.

Are ya kidding?? How can you say you want to be the first, when there are already AT LEAST TWO timeshares operating on Ambergris Caye for several years now as of 2008, The Grand Colonies and The Villas at Banyan Bay (sister resorts, side by side) being one of them...

Makes me wonder just how much "research" you really have done...

Yes, I've really done lots of research. I've been there lots of time also.There are more than you m entioned but they are all fillers from RCI and not true timeshares.They are either hotels or condos belonging to RCI that fill a pool for timeshare owners.
