The point is that Zakir Naik despite having excellently memorised knowledge of the scriptures he has not understood the basic essence of spirituality. At that basic level all religions merge into one because there can only be one truth or one god so why this need to convert between Islam or Hinduism? Zakir Naik fell down low in my eyes for his childish treatment of Ravi Shankar.
