After mass arrests downstairs in the Powell Street Station lobby, protests continued above ground at Powell & Market, condemning the murders of Oscar Grant and Charles Hill on B.A.R.T. platforms by B.A.R.T. police in Oakland and San Francisco. True free speech in this country is finally realized when we can speak out freely with conviction and without fear of reprisal. It takes a brave, fearless person like the one in this video to speak up with conviction and stand up against a well-armed and highly-equipped police force. To do so is like walking through a valley of the shadow of death. Would we have the guts to do the same? He is merely expressing publicly what many of us are feeling internally (those of us who are afraid to speak out against authority and the police). To use a simple analogy, First Amendment Free Speech does not include the right to yell "Fire!" in a crowded theater, however, if there really was a fire in a crowded theater wouldn't you want to have the right to know? In San Francisco on September 8, 2011.

  • Its no wonder SF PD gets paid so well lol. But for real, its vermin like this who do nothing but protest and leech off the efforts of the Military who provide their freedom, and the taxes of the hardworking Americans who provide their welfare who truly disgust me. They have no idea how well off they are in America compared to other countries. It's a shame their children are raised in this type of environment with this type of ideology. Throw their ass in Canada.

  • @bigteej78 Speaking of the "Military," as I recall during the Viet Nam War in the 70's, Canada was the place to go to avoid the military and dodge the draft. Thank God for Canada!
