my opponents were MIT students, and they were both tossed off more for the fact they were boring and not lively enough for the show than their lack of pop culture knowledge. I got a lot of questions wrong, but my strategy was to buzz in early for every question and then guess (as there was no penalty for wrong answers).

my two opponents were booted off at the same time (apparently they weren't entertaining or interesting enough) so I did continue the game alone against the skeleton.
