I didn't like it... I know he did in one save everything but it felt like the guy broke the game and reloaded another save near the end =(

it's an awesome game, but it's kinda stupid to cheat the first time you ever play the game :p. btw the back dashing looked a little retarded, but hey, whatever floats your score

Looks like some people don't understand what a TAS (Tool-Assisted Speedrun) is. The IDEA is to break the game for the fastest possible time. You can Exploit programming errors and glitches, play the game at super-slow speeds for frame-by-frame perfection, and use multiple savestates to correct errors. It's not (entirely) about skill, it's about manipulation.
