The only problem im seeing is that she isnt supposed to be stopping. She completes a pattern then stops and completes another pattern then stops. She should not be stopping at all, You dont get the same workout if you pause.
I used to run through it five times per sequence, not six. That was back in the early 90s though. Maybe six is the new five now. Good top see that you're giving credit where credit is due. I learned about this through BFS, so I think you are right. crossfit would just take full credit for this because they're nazis.
she does it wrong, first its the hop scotch, then its right left 1 foot, then left, then ski feet, then the turn around one.
