I agree with you about the sun being beneficial to our bodies. Society teaches that the sun is bad for us, but that is so far from the truth. They encourage people to put on some chemical-filled sunscreen, which prevents you from taking in that vitamin D. Without enough vitamin D, the chances of getting cancer increases and so do other diseases. Keep educating the people about the benefits of the sun. Thank you.

The sun is our friend. Like you said, it is super important and I will try my best to remember each day. My diet has changed and every morning, I notice I'm flocking outside to eat my meal and then I go about my day. Also, if my meal is too cold, I let it sit out in the sun and oh my goodness, awesome!!!! You are beautiful thanks for your sharing your sunlight.

"My hair is a CANVAS, and I'm about to work it". Funny. Sister I'm glad I clicked on her video today. I used to tell myself beautiful affirmations as I looked in the mirror. I used to do it everyday. But as soon as you talked about thoughts and telling yourself you're beautiful, it dawned on me that I hadn't done it in ages. At least a year. I have been under extreme stress as of late so somewhere during that time, I lost my way. Well, you reminded me once again. Thank you so much. SUN!

Thanks for posting!
Funny you should mention those working in offices all day... I used to RUN outside during my breaks and to either 1) sit directly in the sun which felt WONDERFUL, or 2) sit in the park in the middle of the trees so I could feel at one with nature. I loved hearing birds chirp. Those things allowed me time to decompress and recharge. Thanks for reminding me to get out more!

I think you should go all the way and chop it ALL off... I think it would bring out your cheekbones and eyes...
