I kind of liked Penny Dreadful...has its moments. Frontiers was awesome (in my opinion the French are kicking ass in the genre.....if you havent seen Satan with Vincent Cassel then you need to hunt that down). I really didnt like The Hamiltons....they just didnt seem scary or creepy to me....but each to his own : )

@VegasDannyReturns to each their own is true with these for sho, everyone hated the reeds, but i thought it was not too bad, especially compared to the rest

funny you mention satan, just saw someone's list on amazon and they mentioned that, irreversible, and i stand alone

will have to check them out

although they mentioned calvaire and martyrs, which i didnt like too much

I saw a couple of those on comcast on demand free movies section and on the syfy channel

liked gravedancers but laughed at the scene where the woman is coming across the room at them with an ax-it seemed to take her a good five minutes and was just funny after a while

cant really think of anything that was literally scary recently, but if you want something pretty damn creepy and disturbing i would recommend Inside
