  • Low FERTILITY RATES are the main reason gay heavy communities prosper economically. they don't have to spend as much public or private funds on public schools, childcare, or juvenile crime. Gay's low fertility rates helps the environment too, far more than green tech.

  • Equal rights for all of Asheville's employees now! A big thanks to Gordon and the rest of the city council members that will vote to pass this ordinance.

  • Asheville was rated by the Advocate Magazine as the 12th Gayest City in the US. I think with this ordinance, it will up our rating and attract new talent to Asheville as well as new jobs because that new talent has moved here. The only argument anyone ever has for giving the LGBT community ANY kind of equality is God. Equal rights are needed for EVERYONE not just the straight employees!!!

  • Way to go, Gordon. Equal rights for all Ashevillians!
