Isn't MP4 (AAC), Flac, Ogg etc > MP3 , leaving out the vinyl argument

@MultiHeatmiser Actually, unlike traditional permanent hair colours, INOA uses the new Oil Delivery System (ODS) to deliver colour pigments into the hair without the need for ammonia, resulting in shiny, smoother looking hair and a softer feel. Ask at your nearest INOA salon for more information!
