This documentary is awesome!!! :D

@darkbatMori Indeed, only the bad aspects are publicised. I wonder why that would be?! :P

@MrTranceNinja I think it's all the horror stories parents are told all the time. It's always 'and he/she went to meet the nice person they met online and they turned out to be a 40 year old pervert!' It's never 'and she/he went to meet the person they had got to know and they turned out to be exactly who they said they were, and really awesome and cool.' Ohhh no. ^^

OMG, I lolled at the ending with the surprise appearance of Fin there. XD
You've done a really good job with this. :) It is indeed about time parents got up to date with the positives of the net rather than focusing on the negatives, which is probably all they get in those little leafletty things about internet safety.
I also liked what you said about dA users maybe being more honest. This makes sense as with a lot of us, our pages are a few years old and we've been uploading our work, writing

..journals, watching other people's work for all that time. That would be a LOT of effort to go to if you were trying to fool people and you were actually pedobear. (had to send this in 2 parts, stupid youtube)
....bathtub? I love how you appear in random places in this video :)

@darkbatMori That's the argument I use against my disbelieving parents. "I've known this girl for 3 years now; we know each other on deviantART, YouTube, iScribble, MSN and Skype, we've talked incessantly and it would take a bloody good actor to act out three years' worth of fourteen-year-old girl. Also, she's RELUCTANT to meet me. She's bloody shy. That's proof enough." - Why is such a fact so hard to believe? Ah well. :\
