  • I respect the athleticism of crossfit workouts. When I'm cutting weight before competition I love this style of workouts! That being said, I think a lot of crossfit-fanatics would benefit from some proper weightlifting training. The over head squats look great, really, but some of those power snatches would be significantly easier as well as safer . Just a thought! In all honesty though, killer work out, keep it up. If I find myself in Vancouver again soon, I'll come and do some lifting!

  • .........an obvious picture of why crossfit will never produce a weightlifting or powerlifting champion. or a <11second 100m sprinter...or NFL player...or baseball....or NBA.....or rugby, soccer, tennis. produce rhabdomyolysis though...

  • fuckin brutal eh

  • they do body weight in pounds in Canada?

  • @hazara25 I think you forget a big aspect of Crossfit gyms: There wil be someone who knows which workout you can do when, so you train everything. Besides that ther will be someone who will watch your performance doing correctly. There will be someone who can give you the techniques with advices directly.

And the space to do crossfit (that not everyone has).

It is more expensive than just commercial gyms (that not work), but I think it's worth it (otherwise nobody did come ;) )

  • @jiggaboo904 Why not? it will be easier, you will be faster, so the intensity of the workout will be a lot higher. And that effects a better training...

Please don't think it's all about strength. Crossfit trains in safety, efficacy and efficiency!!!!.

  • i cant believe these fat fucks actually think theyre top shit!

  • @hazara25 The gym is what makes it so fun. I see that you said "And maybe this is where I'm from" I think that is the case because the community is so positive. When I compete, I love the people and the atmosphere. The hard workouts are fun with your crew and new friends that you've met after joining a crossfit gym. I do WODs by myself at times and the intensity of the workout and the fun I have aren't the same. Hope your experience with crossfit has changed since you commented. Take care boss.

  • What's the point of this? I'm being serious.
