How necessary is it to open the air-bleed screws?

why do you have to turn on the heater full blast when flushing the system?

Not supposed to use 50/50 coolent after a flush, theres already water sitting in the block and in the hose so if you use 50/50 your just wasting money and watering it down even more.

Thank you sooo much! You're a life saver. I'm trying to learn DIY car maintenance and this was my first coolant flash. I'm not even sure how many years ago it may have been done professionally. Anyway, I've got a Nissan Sentra GXE with the GA16DE engine. The old school Sentra manual I found on the internet got me started, but the drain plug and air relief were nowhere to be found.. Until I found your video! Everything matched except the engine plug next to turbo. It leaked oil when I tried it.

hey could you take a video of the turbo or tell me what cupler u used to fit the pipe that comes from the intercooler to the turbo since the turbo air is exiting is smaller than the one it is going into.

that type of coupler is called a "step-down". You can usually buy a step-down for your application, simply measure the size of your turbo outlet and the size of your intercooler or intercooler charge pipe. Most companies sell a variety of step-down sizes. Just choose the correct one for your application.
