@confoundb4 hey hey :) Leanaht here. So yeah, it was me that posted the vid. There are no credits in the video itself (cos I hate how bloated that makes game videos. I should point out that this is a Quake mod. Team Fortress originally came out for Quake, and we are a community of people who still play it - albeit a modified version: Custom Team Fortress. I made the video as a kind of tribute to the TF2 Trailer which I loved.

No really???? Maybe because it's CustomTF? And it was just done like the TF2 trailer? Always gotta be some idiotic comment on every video :D Prozac ftw!

CustomTF is unbelievably sophisticated, it has gameplay elements that are just now being rediscovered by developers. Hell a lot of the weapons they added later on in TF2 updates were based on weapons/abilities from CustomTF. I remember playing it around 10 years ago, and I don't think there will ever be a game that has the same experience. One thing I really remember is how long some of the matches used to last, you could REALLY have a hell of a defense built up with all the stuff they added.

Ahh, custom TF - have some great memories with this one. Mixing an engineer with a spy is great fun - disguise as enemy engineer + build force fields in front of your enemies in their base + watch them gib = WIN

screw TFC, and certainly screw TF2 and its casual focus.
