You're an idiot. Everyone knew that Backlund was the best real-life wrestler in the business. Backlund just wasn't a circus-freak like Hogan, and Vince took over and turned it into a freakshow.

Watching this is a real treat with the continuous action, compared to today where they barely move but the announcers continuously just talk up nothing.
Here's in Japanese and it's STILL better than the crap that came after which is more soap-opera than wrestling.

Backlund was the enforcer backstage for the WWF against wrestlers who were trouble.
He took on everyone, and always won. Unbeatable-- he could really do in real life what he did in the ring.
