It's made by a manufacturer known as CS Shattuck. CS Shattuck is primarily known for manufacturing small pocket pistols and revolvers which is quite ironic considering the size of this gun.

yea that was not used in the civil war its a cartridge gun only cartridge guns back then was the henry and the spencer rifles and a few handguns in rifire and pinfire
