@JayteePhandango The Z is completely built but has minor body damage, and is awaiting to be scrapped when the students find it. So, no need for complex engineering. Also the main protagonists parents are loaded with money, also stated so later in the series. The thing that's unrealistic is when they start talking about the "disballanced crankshaft that gives the Z it's speed and power" about 13-15 episodes in

@JayteePhandango Its a miyth. the car is a myith. and there were very small amounts of vids that actualy showed the whole interior of the Z. it dosent need to show and also the Z borowed many parts from later modle Z's so it wasent an enttirly fully 240Z. as for the high school kids actualy paying for all that. no. because everyone that peviously worked on that Z didnt ask for money. even though yes that is merly immpossible in real life.

Anime's are always unrealistic...

I didn't say "very very" I said "pretty".

They are high school students. And to make a 240z THAT FAST it will cost a shit ton of money. Not to mention reinforcing the body. The anime's interior is fully stock.
