Delaware Gov. Jack Markell has declared a state of emergency for the state in the face of a massive winter storm. Only emergency vehicles and essential personnel are being allowed on the roads until further notice. (Feb. 5)

I don't know about where you are, but where I am i swear if we lose 1/10th of 1% of oxygen level the people will be so stupid they would forget to breathe. At least I hope it is the oxygen content, otherwise it means just plain stupidity. If it snowed here the insurance companies would as broke as the mortgage bankers due to car crashes.

the National guard was called out omg there is no 10 feet of snow just a few inches we deal with a lot of snow at times and dont need to national guard to march on the streets keeping no law and order, Unless they ONLY have shovels in their hands and NO weapons.
