As a young person Stan found himself on the outside looking in. What exactly does it mean to be "black enough?" Stan learned that diversity controls the fate of everyone and embracing it leads to incredible outcomes. He wants to show your students how they can do the same. He holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Spanish, travels to Mexico and Spain and is also a Salsa Dance Instructor. Stan travels the country educating audiences on the importance of Diversity and Social Justice issues and the impact it can have on life.
