Yur so brave, It annoys me tho, I used to suffer like you when I was much younger than 18 like im only 17 now, but panic attacks are awful ppl always tink ur fakin it, an yu know yur havin it and yu cant do anythin but wait for it to finish. Dont be afraid to message me if you want to talk: my mam paid 4 so much counsellors an dey never worked
