Pinkie's Parasprite Piano

This is a piano performance of a song that has no official name, but has been dubbed as "Pinkie's Parasprite Polka" by fans of the show it comes from. I'm not sure exactly how many other people have taught themselves this song and put it on YouTube, but I'm certainly not the first.

This music was written by William Kevin Anderson, and it was first heard (in its longest form) in episode 10 of season 1, on December 17, 2010. An alternate version of this music, shortened, was heard in episode 23 of the same season, on April 15, 2011.

To make this video, I played the song on the piano twice, and then edited together the two audio tracks in Audacity. I used a metronome with headphones to stay in time with the beat. (That's what that cord is.) Unfortunately, the limitations of Windows Movie Maker prevented me from being able to show you both videos at once. Thus, I am forced to switch back and forth between the two videos, with painstaking editing to make sure everything lines up. I wish I had better video editing software, but Final Cut Pro costs too much, and I don't do enough video stuff for it to be worth it. (Plus, my most watched videos contain content I don't own, so I can't profit from them.)

Anyway, I guess this proves that I'm capable of producing piano videos if I take the time to do so. I can play other things too, you know!
