@Rebphoenix I have no reason to NOT believe what I want. I was there, and I knew Layne. Seriously. If you want to see what FUCKED UP and nodding out looks like, then watch the rotterdam show. This is just Layne being Layne. He sings his songs like they're new. WIth the same raw emotion as when he was writing them. If you would..... Watch the lifeless dead. When he sings the line "And then a demon, came to him... you must know that im gonna win" He almost starts crying as he's "nodding off"

The fact of the matter is though that he was going through the depths of his heroin addiction during this time, he couldn't just stop doing the stuff at this point and still be functional, much less sing at a gig. And not only that as he was getting into crack too.
