I have to ask the BPD one thing. What are we to do as a society? What can we do when law seems to hold no authority? What can we do when these animals attack in broad daylight and casually walk away as if nothing happened? No amount of policing could have stopped this because it is a truly insane and illogical to attack in broad daylight without a care in the world. Sickening.
