Im supposed to be impressed?? The sloppiest set of dumbell rows I have seen. Try doing Controlled sets, by the way you will never be anybody if you think other people are impressed with your workout, your rediculous.

I dont see how this technique promotes maximum tension on the muscle, its almost doing a cardio workout and killing his form, I think a lighter weight and more focus on a controlled movement would generate greater stress on the muscle.

Dave's using a bit of "body english" here. You can do them slower and stricter and feel your lats more.
