This video is of my buddy big Dave Ruel repping out the 130's for 25 reps per arm. Yes, I admit his form is not "super slow" and controlled, but non-the-less he is repping to failure and placing maximum muscle stress on his lats and will help to build some real strength and power.

    Dave's using a bit of "body english" here. You can do them slower and stricter and feel your lats more.

  • Im supposed to be impressed?? The sloppiest set of dumbell rows I have seen. Try doing Controlled sets, by the way you will never be anybody if you think other people are impressed with your workout, your rediculous.

  • I dont see how this technique promotes maximum tension on the muscle, its almost doing a cardio workout and killing his form, I think a lighter weight and more focus on a controlled movement would generate greater stress on the muscle.
