@ghotioutofh2o if you are so unaware of your surroundings that someone is able to pull out a gun and shoot you before you know they're there then you shouldnt carry a gun. if you're getting shot before your gun is drawn then there isnt going to be a gunfight, you've already lost.

i carry my gun concealed. but just because its what YOU like to do doesnt mean its the only correct option. carrying your gun openly has advantages and disadvantages. BTW, i wasnt talking to you. mind your own business

@1cme1 It won't take more than 2 seconds for a criminal with an already loaded gun to put at least 6 shots in you while you fumble to load your gun and shoot back.

If you can load your gun and start firing in 2 seconds at the range (i.e.: not under pressure), try doing it while being shot and get back to me. I bet it will take longer than 2 seconds. In the mean time, I'll carry with my gun loaded and a round chambered, thank you very much.
