I go up to Troy, Ohio. Troy is a city just about 20 miles from Dayton, Ohio. It's home of the National Strawberry Festival and one of the most known places for people who like riding bicycles. I am in the center of downtown. I decide to share some insight of the area.

Troy is a growing community. Cities outside the core Dayton area but are within the Miami Valley are experience a boom in population.

Mostly due to the people migrating out the core cities to live in other communities. Troy, Piqua, Tipp City, Springboro and Miamisburg are part of the metropolitan Dayton area. They bring value to a trouble region.

Cleveland, Youngstown, Toledo, Dayton, Cincinnati, Springfield, Ohio are cities with high population decrease.

The state capital Columbus, Ohio population is estimated by 810,000.

*I will share some insight into this issue at a later posting.

FAQ- The reason why I call this a Tour of Poor Dayton is because of the areas decline population, jobs, boarded homes, business closings and economic turmoil in Montgomery, Miami and Greene Counties.

So that will put to rest any questions of why I titled the videos!
