dude...i appreciate you learning this song...the same way some people remember bible verses...but seriously, guy performs this song with a magic that cant be imitated...some people pretend to be jesus....but man....keep this one to yourself....no offense meant, im just being reverent, honest...from a fellow musician.

Excellent work mate! Love the Townes covers too. I know thi may sound strange but your voice reminds me of Buddy Holly, you should put a Buddy Holly cover up! (Go on, it'd be fun! And not so morose as the other stuff you cover!)

Obviously, Guy Clark made quite an impression. Glad he did. Your rendition could easily have traveled with the rest of them down that Heartworn Highway. Congrats. Mark

Really nice version. Aah, the heartworn highways, that's my fovorite movie. Check out Richard Dobsons later work too. Amazing songwriter!
