I am disappointed that the film was a flop. This song is better than perfect. The dancing is the best I have seen. Roshanara has given heavenly moorkian. Only slight shortcoming in her excellent singing is the absence of very high notes. She does not show very high range. Only singer who could show the very high notes is noor jahan, who showed it the film mousiqar when she sang raag aiman, rassilay moray rassia najaria milaa. Listen to the rapid moorkian noor gives at the highest possible range
Thank you so much for sharing, the song really displays Roshan Ara Ji's mastery over classical music. Could you please share another song of hers, "Bipat Suno Girdhari" from Humjoli (1946) if you have it?
This film was an experiment unheard of in Pakistan film industry. If nothing else, the film deserves credit for all its great songs all of which are classical or semi-classical. And the dance by the great dancer of the time were stupendous. Ahmed Bashir, the eccentric father of today's super-compere Bushra Ansari, was the producer of this very sexual film of its time. It's bit of a shock to see Muhammad Ali doing those suggestive scenes with Komal. Bushara Ansari's mother also sang a song.
Ahmad Bashir is the name of Bushra Ansareez( kazmeez) father, Producer+ director of Neeala Parbat , an art and dis heart( flop ) film produced in sixteez when there was no color in our films.tmjatala
