It sounds like you know nothing about computer builds. And those cases are huge for HTPC's.
-
Wow, thats some large htpc cases!

LOL Windows 7 ultimate on a htpc = hacked copy of windows . There is no reason for any regular home user to get professional or ultimate.

i noticed that you have anydvd. so i asume that you rip blurays, under xbmc what files you you use? (m2ts or do you encode or even iso). because i have tryed iso files but xbmc doesnt use them, i have tryed the m2ts files but some do not work. and i have also encoded them but it takes forever.
Do thay come preconfigered with the the movie browser and is there any mounthly charge ...for any of the services that come with the system.

@djematrix come pre configured, without any movies, but ready to roll as soon as you get it. No there's no monthly charge as XBMC is free open source.

I'm sure it works fine and no offense intended but I feel for the same 75w and 2.2 GHz you could've picked up a cheaper CPU that works about the same such as the C2D E2200 or an AMD quad core :) I don't mean to be negative or judgmental, just wanted to put that info out there as constructive criticism

@experimental0000 Ohh I wasnt mad at your response. Its all good! Ive been building diff computers for years, and i like this as a media pc. I like how portable it is and besides i bought the mobo used on ebay. so it ran me a lot cheaper than what they retail for :) I do agree with you post though on choosing a diff CPU. I'm Anti Intel and love my AMD machines though. Intel is overpriced and I've benchmarked many AMD machines which smoke out Intel's. Especially my hackintosh AMD 6 core systems:)

very nice systems. though how much more juice does the OC'ed atom draw and does it heat up more than stock? It sounds like a neat idea to do that but curious how it performed on that to ensure plenty of air flow to avoid frying it keep up the awesome work.

@experimental0000 supplies a low 75w of power. overclocking still works great over 1year and going strong. I did add a couple of fans to make sure I have a lasting fast sipment. Thanks!
