Bachmann On30 4-6-0 on the Workbench

The loco is great, the sound card is out of sync, and the cinematography is really bad. I was looking for video of the new Bachmann On30 4-6-0, and didn't see any, so here's this. I had just replaced the front coupler, and the model also has custom decals and some light weathering. And a crew. The sound system is a Soundtraxx LC card, which was adjusted on an MRC Prodigy system. For some reason, it doesn't work the same with the Bachmann DCC system. I think it's time for a new DCC system.

Next, I need to shoot this in real sunlight, with a real camera. Stay tuned.

Nope, sorry. HO track, which is the same gauge as On30 track. I've heard that some guys have been wondering if they could re-gauge this loco for O standard gauge, but that would be an ambitious project.

Think its time for a new Sound decoder, Soundtraxx LC is reaaallly old, i'd look into Soundtraxx Tsunami

I was using a tripod -- Which makes the camera work even more pitiful. I was trying to operate the throttle at the same time, so the 4-6-0 did not become airborne at the end of the workbench.

Tripods are a nice accessory for cameras. Great job on the weathering.
