Town of Irondequoit Board meeting 2/17/09 - Short excerpt of meeting from Councilwoman, Stephanie Aldersley - She speaks to the residents (prior to the vote of re-locating Seniors to Kings Park proposed lease) regarding the Pinegrove Senior Center & the Town of Irondequoit only owning 5 feet of land surrounding the building - She states, not enough room to expand. Documents obtained from the County of Monroe, say otherwise. According to the deed, and survey - it has been confirmed that the lot that the Pinegrove building "sits" upon is 275x300 - and that is actually 1.89 acres.


Bottom line = ample room, if willing to expand.
