  • @MichaelRyanKinney i v been doing that for a year now, havent lost anything, i started to monitor both body fat and lean muscle and have increased. 25-45 min of cardio will not burn muscle. you give the body to much credit

    i was trying to lose weight on eating salad, egg whites only ..is this good.

  • kitchen and not the gym. But the stronger you get your abs the larger they also become. Coincidentally, the higher your bf percantage can be with your abs still sticking out. I'm at 11% bf and my abs stick out more and look better than my buddy who is at 8%. Sure the rest of his body looks better and more toned, but my abs look better cause he NEVER works out his abs.. hope this helps

  • This is way to detailed. The way I did it -- and it's very easy -- was remembering some simple key points.

    - No fast food

    -No junk food

    -When you eat a meal, eat a balanced diet. I.e - don't just eat a lot of corned bread or even chicken breast. Eat a little corn beef/chicken breast, with some fruit, veggies, piece of toast, etc.

    - excercise. Doesn't have to be a lot just some a day

    - lastly, make/find a good ab routine to do 3 times a week. Yes I understand abs are made in the

  • @kunigas123 focus on your diet....i dont know your height weight of current body mass index but if i did i could prob let you cheat off what works. First off stop running everyday...Youll ruin your knees and really need to alternate "in general" the types of cardio you do. Bike Riding skateboarding is good, and boxing bags, etc.......develop a mealplan for eveyday that sustains a healthy body, but not defiicient. tuna,almonds,whey protein&h20 organic fat free milk, turnips greens, veggies,fruits
