@dbdafuture Kanye was talking about the open casket of Emmett Till, whose murder in 1955 was at the start of the Civil Rights movement (see the Part 1 video of this talk). Till's mother had an open casket so the world could see how he was brutally murdered. Thumbs up so ppl can see.

this was a cool little piece. It is hard to know exactly where he's coming from sometimes, but he was very eloquent here. Love the music, ye, keep it up.

I liked Kanye but watching these couple of posts made me appreciate him. He covered a lot of areas. And if you weren't paying attention or couldn't, it may have sounded like rambling. What I heard was a complex man who loves the art of music and who is trying to be the best Kanye he can be. And he cannot wake up in the mornings giving value to the critique of others because none of that really matters.

@413NOTSREHTAEF I am glad to be witnessing this AND understanding it during my life time and I am only 17 years old which I see to be pretty normal because I think everyone should be this open minded and listen to his side of the story instead of rushing because they're bored of don't have a clue what he's saying.

The one thing I respect about Kanye is his way of thinking when it comes to producing. He takes all kinds of classic songs but makes it into his own, which makes his hits as big as they are. They're hits, because they contain samples or chords we once fell in love with-- but he re-constructs it in his own way to produce a different, great version. I like Ray Charles I've Got A Woman, but I LOVE golddigger. I love P.Y.T by MJ and I also appreciate Good Life. I enjoy what he does with his work.
A million miles an hour worth of genius gettin thrown at humans with closed minds..Its quite intriguing..Mr.West definitely qualifies as a Genius by definition.
Some people won't understand his genius, until hes deceased which is sad. But for those who recognize his genius, we are witnessing a living legend in action.
