@jope12 it wasnt removed for that reason.

the video it self wasnt removed, it was dj amaya's whole channel that was removed because he had OTHER videos that got flagged for copyright infringement.

Correct or not dont really matter, youtube thought that the channel had broken terms of use so they closed the channel.

in short, channel deleted and all videos with it.

THATS why the original video was removed.
