Alright....let me clear this up. Was Tower 3 there? Yes. Was it in service yet? No. Reminder: this video was taken in November of 2006.

dude....Rockland (AKA Little Chicago) needs a better rig than ALF. Need I say that they went bankrupt a couple months ago.

I don't know what year the truck is. It's a demo truck that American LaFrance loned to Rockland while they were awaiting the arrival of their new Tower 3.
