How To:
With the cable at waist height, grab the handles and kneel on the stability ball so that you are directly facing the machine. Keep your upper arms still as you bend your elbows, curling the handles to your shoulders. Squeeze your biceps at the end of the movement and repeat for the desired number of reps.
