I'm new to the sport but have fun on a 1/2 mile from top of street right down to my driveway. I'm experimenting with carving to keep my speed in check and getting the correct truck settings not to be too loose or so tight that I can't turn. My wheels are soft and I can't seem to slide but carving is fun. I want to go faster but I don't have the safety equipement yet so I go pretty slow for now. I don't think I'll ever be as good as these guys!

@THISISNOTURS Nothing to do with distributing the balance. Longer wheelbases turn slower, which makes it harder to get wobbles. It's still more than possible to get wobbles on a board of any length.
