Hillary Clinton assumes that Barrack is talking about her when he says

I don't want a continuation of Bush/Cheney. I don't want Bush/Cheney lite.

I want a fundamental change."

You will notice that he never talks about Hillary Clinton in the speech.

Hillary got her right butt cheek handed to her in Iowa. Her left cheek awaits her in New Hampshire. Old politics is dead and so are the old politicians like the ones we've seen in the Clinton/Bush political back and forth game that we've been living through since 1988.
