DDR X puts the difficulty higher than it really is... for example, the fascinations and the plutos are rated as an 18.

888 Oni is almost as hard as Pluto Relinquish Oni, but I still think Dead End Groove Radar Special is the dumbest chart ever made by Konami.

I think you muddled your ratings a bit.
The 20 point scale is multiplied by 1.5, and anything at 14-20 is an old 10. Max 300 is a 15 in DDR X. There are re-ratings such as Sakura and Bag(?) being made 13s (old tough 9)

I also don't think the chart would be free of cross/jack/spin. Konami has a habit of just randomly placing steps.

In my opinion, these would not be a 20-footer, it's more like 19 because a 20 would not give a person a chance to breath at all. Have you seen 888 in DDRU3? There are hardly any breaks. Konami would do something much worse than this. Since most DDR songs are about 1:30-1:50 minutes long, they would make sure that time would have a living hell filled with a bunch arrows.

well actually they made the 1 - 20 foot ratings to go more exact, like max 300 being an easy 10, but relinquish being one of the hardest, so anything from 11 - 20 would be considered an old 10
