@bonzihunter Thank you! Someone on youtube who knows what they are talking about.

@julzzzzzzzzzzz You got it! Putting your back against the wall forces you to use strict form. If you use a bit of common sense you can figure this out on your own. Then again, not too many bright people TBH.

CHEATING!!!!!!!!!! im a PE teacher and long distance swimmer.. i know how to train. IF he did proper curls with his back against the wall he would grow!

Excellent form good stuff man, I wish you the best on your journey to get stronger. You ever get the chance check my videos, show love.
-
i could only do this 4 times...but with perfect form. still better than you though

@TheVincentlandry the other posters are pussies. the guy barely moved his back...dont pay them attention they couldnt deadlift this and im sure theyre 500 pounds of belly rolls and thunder thighs.
-
if you want to be big, you should do some fucking weights... and sometimes you should with a little back movement. One week big weights with a little back movement, one week with litlle weights and no back movement.
-
I can do it like twice haha but thats with no back movement
@julzzzzzzzzzzz if you're a long distance swimmer you aren't big. What would you know about muscle growth? This guy is cheating but there's nothing wrong with that. You're just another youtube form nazi. Have you seen pro bb's like Branch Warren and Jay Cutler train? Their form is sloppy as fuck, yet they're monsters. So there is pretty much no correlation between strict form and size. And this guy's form, for the record, is pretty good considering the weight.

Loose form is okay, and the muscle is getting a work out from the negative or return movement .
