  • Wow, this video is really helpful. It really explains all my air balls (which are really annoying especially since I rarely take shots, and whenever they are short they are always on target). I gotta try this out tomorrow, thanks so much!

  • @TotalSystemBreakdown One thing to remember is that the legs are really important in the power for all shots.

  • Hey Coach, I am a sophmore in high school and it is my first year playing for the school. For some reason, I get nervous aroud the coaches and I seem to change my shot frequently. Now I have no shot and forgot how to shoot the ball. Got any tips coach?

  • @basketballismylife49 Go back to our Shooting Playlist and get busy working on your TODAY!!!! Do not wait.

  • hey coach how do you release with the index finger

  • @oscarin3435 We do not teach the release with "Just the Index Finger." We teach the release with the first and second fingers for the best control.

  • @davidkelly6023 Imagine that you have a sheet of glass that extends from the floor upward to the ceiling and you have your nose to the back side of the glass. NO PART OF THE BALL should come through or be behind the glass at the time of your shot. Ball over or behind your head causes a flat shot!!!

  • Hey coach is shooting the ball right above or behind your head bad shooting technique? i would appreciate an answer because i am wondering if my shot is suffering because of this

  • @TJames2269 Send it right away and we will take a look for you!

  • Hey coach if I send you a video of my shooting do you think you can help me? I feel very inconsistent in my shots because some days I make them all the time and some days I don't. The video wont be bad quality.
