http://www.mysushidaddy.com/ How To Make Spicy Mayonnaise For Sushi Rolls. This recipe is great for spicy crab and seafood dynamite recipes. I also use it inside the sushi rolls and on top. This will add a creamy kick to any of your sushi rolls. Also great on fried shrimp and anything tempura!

  • You can do it that way... but it's better this way:

    Sriracha 3 Parts

    Mayonnaise 1 1/2 Parts

    Kikoman, 1/2 Part

    Masago, 1/2 part

baby chives or finely chopped white leek, 1/2 part

Less versatile, but way better with fresh seafood. I find the globby texture of mayonnaise gets in the way of good fresh seafood.

  • @pyromodder2 Thanks for the recipe, will have to give is a try! Kikoman is the soy sauce? For seafood I use my Bang Bang sauce, especially good with fried seafood! Video coming soon. Thanks for sharing. Sushi Mark :-)

  • do you store it in the food safe squeeze bottle? if so, how long will it last refrigerated?

  • @stephgas42 Hi, I normally make a fresh batch every time I make Sushi. I do have food safe squeeze bottles I put it into if I'm doing a sushi night with friends. I have stored it for a couple of weeks and it was fine. Mark :-)

  • Great Vid - It would have helped if you had mentioned the proportion of Chilli sauce to Mayo though.

  • @baggyjean5 I use three parts mayo to 1 part hot sauce, but really it's up to you how hot you like it. That will get you medium heat level.

  • japanese mayo is less sweet, it contains no sugar..as i was told by my japanese roommate

  • @Mimikikilala2 Hi, if you increase the amount of siraracha hot sauce (I make mine medium) to hot level you get a deeper orange color. Sushi Mark :-)

  • @Mimikikilala2 for the small red speckles add fresh smelt egg to it - they have it in asian supermarkets next to the salmon eggs. also get the kewpie mayo he mentions in the video.

  • I am sushi crazy too...I was wondering how to make the sauce from the restaurant..Thank You..I also watched your rice sushi video too.. :)
