This clip is a slice through the magnitude of the magnetic field over 192 Myr. This MHD simulation is of AGN jets in a galaxy cluster. The cluster is a re-simulation of an MHD-SPH calculation done by Klaus Dolag at the Max Planck Institute for Astrophysics. The calculation was done with the WOMBAT MHD code and run on 5,860 cores on the Itasca supercomputer at the Minnesota Supercomputing Institute.
