  • thats a killer cardio workout with 5 pound weights. you have to go fast and breath proper.

  • i just started lifting weights cuz i stopped working out for a while. im only 13 and my push up limit used to be 50-70 and now it dropped to only 15-20 so im starting to lift weights. What i do is jog in place and uppercut to workout my legs and hand speed and my arms

  • @striker1224 - yea, i sparred macho camacho mike alverado & nate cambell and others but those are the famous ones. i always train for a few months then get distracted
