@JohnXChapman your a friggin shitty guitar player who has no idea what triggers are if you think thats what they do...how about you go look at joey jordisons drum solos from slipknot...if he didn't use triggers he wouldn't be able to go as fast because the trigger plays back the sound that you yjust made on those drums and thats why it sounds like he is playing so fast but his hands are moving like slowly...you retarded

@DailyCrucifixion yeah, recently I've taken the triggers out since I've tuned my bass better to get the sound. Natural is better :p

Triggers are piezo switches that pick up vibrations off the head and sends the signal out through a drum brain, it plays a sample every time it picks up a vibration depending on it's set sensitivity, and evens out the softest/hardest hits depending on what the user wants.
A trigger is not a miracle cheating device to achieve faster double bass, nor can it give your heads a clear sound. -____-
