What bodybuilding supplements work? There are tons out there and they all promise you enormous muscle gains and astonishing workout performances.

In reality, it very likely all comes down to three ingredients that most of them contain and which may be responsible for 90% of the effect these products have: protein, caffeine and creatine. These three are the bodybuilding supplements that work.

Instead of buying those expensive products, you might as well save some money and buy what may make them work in the first place.

Here is the link explaining all things creatine, that I talked about in the video:

Me and Freddie say thanks for watching and visiting!

  • @CIarKent Cool to hear man! I'm glad everything is turning out alright! :)

  • @Evilcyber I think I just had overtraining. i started training harder when I started drinking protein.

i'm ok now and I'm drinking the whey protein with no problem : )

and trying not to go to crazy with the training

  • @CIarKent Eh no, that is *not* something that should happen from a protein supplement! Check the ingredients and make sure it's 100% protein and has no added creatine etc.
