What the fuck is a mary like you commenting on this video. This car was made in 1971. I laugh at what passed for performance in Japan in 1971, when Skylines had a bone-chilling 89 horsepower. Sad that this 37 year old, SUV-sized car with a "boat anchor" engine can still crush a 2007 Civic Si in the quarter mile. In 37 years, no one is even going to remember what a Civic was because they'll all have been sent to the scrapheap and melted into sets of plastic spoons.

The '71 Skyline had 160 hp from the S20 2L twincam six, and 250hp in race form - it would've made a good race back in the day, very nice Stang by the way! The '71-'73 were my favourites since the original Gone in 60 seconds movie

@crezzyman my bro's hi-po 351c has super high compression, solid roller cam, etc., etc... it will run on 93, but detonates and generally runs like poo. It really loves 114 octane.. runs like a dream on that stuff.

With alittle more compression(12-1 or better),alittle more camshaft then stock and headers this car was deadly on the steet in its day. I won alot of $ in the day street racing against big block chevys. stock heads with alittle port clean up would pull right to 7000 rpm with those big valves and ports.. Nice car...
