I love this. I was just playing with this a bit today at work. I work in food service and often find myself getting irritated with customers over the silliest things - - today I was really noticing where I started to lean into the drama and was actually able to take a breath, laugh at myself and choose a different response. So cool to see that shift start to happen, even around the small things...
