It is amazing what kind words will do. People seem to blossom when other people are kind to them. When people are unkind then that is when the kindness dies and the ugly comes out.

this si so lovely...and service is important and eople know if it is real or not, meaning sincere. we don't have good service anymore.....but when u do find it, boy does it make a difference...i try to do this with my own business.
